Guidance for Adult Literacy Tutors
In partnership with Cork ETB, SOLAS and the Adult Literacy for Life team, we have recently developed guidance for literacy tutors on structured literacy. The guide focuses on how to teach and support adults to learn the initial building blocks of reading. It includes an overview of key principles from the science of reading, and shows how the Structured Literacy videos in our Adult Dyslexia Hub can be used to support learners.
