Dyslexia Ireland has also developed a Dyslexia Inclusion Policy Framework which aims to assist organisations as they develop their workplace inclusion strategies and policies.
Check out the government’s Work and Access Scheme page for more information on workplace equipment and adaptation grants, as well as info on workplace needs assessments and other supports provided under this scheme.
Employers for Change, WAM and IBEC also provide good advice on dyslexia and disability inclusion in the workplace.
