Dyslexia is often most closely associated with school and education, however, dyslexia is lifelong and may impact at work.
While dyslexia can make some tasks challenging, dyslexic people also have a wide range of personal strengths which make them valuable employees. A flexible workplace which accommodates individual needs and plays to people’s strengths is the ideal.
